Animal registration forms

All dogs must be registered every year with the City, the renewal date is January 1st and must be done by March 1st. If you are new to the City, then when you move in, you must register your dog, and also provide current copy of Certification of Vaccination. Fees for dog tags are $6.00 if fixed and $12.00 if not fixed. We also would like a picture of your dog so that if they get loose we are able to identify them better.

All cats are supposed be registered with current Certification of Vaccination provided to us. There is no fee, but we would also like a picture of your cat so we can easily find out who it belongs to as there are so many cats with similar coloring and markings.
